My name is Leander McClain and I am a fantastic Real Estate Consultant working in beautiful Burlington County, NJ.
My first piece of advice to the newbies in this group is to make sure you read the small print and follow all of the instructions while here on AR. I have had a post removed from this group (not sure why....think it's because I didn't introduce myself....but I took care of that above). I have also had points not awarded for posts (shorter than 50 words) and finally, I had points removed for some other reason (Don't know why). So my advice.....take your time, read the instructions carefully. The objects in the mirror are truly closer than they appear.

It's difficult to know the guidelines when one is new, but Newbies and any member who's new on AR, but not necessarily new to real estate or blogging can read any group's guidelines to help determine whether the topic fits within the rules. But there are over 4,000 groups here, so there's something for everyone.

I too have had post removed from this group, I believe it was related to toipc. I thought the topic would apply, however the monitors obviously didn't agree. I just added the post to another group.
