I have been asked countless times.....Exactly why are you a Realtor?
The very simple answer is......
I LOVE WHAT I DO
AND
I THINK I AM THE BEST REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT THAT EVER LIVED
Now I know some people will take offense to my last statement, but that's ok. If I didn't have confidence in myself and what I do......Why should you hire me to represent you??? There are also some other great Realtors out there. I have created a network of like minded Realtors inside and and outside of New Jersey. That way if you or someone you care about is looking to buy or sell real estate outside of my specialized area (Burlington Township, Burlington County, NJ), I can still help you.
Back to the story at hand.........
I love what I do. There is nothing like looking into the eyes of a client when they first tell me about their dream home. There is a certain look that comes over their faces when they are walking through their new home in their minds eye. There is nothing like the excitement of a couple describing their new home that they will move into once we sell their current house. I love the look of children when they run through a house and pick out their bedrooms.....even before the parents have said they like the place. Kids have such enthusiasm and excitement.
My job is to take all of your hopes, wishes and dreams and make them come true. That is a wonderful position to be in. Now I don't claim that the process is all peaches in cream. There are days that my clients make me pull my hair out (now you know what happened to my hair).........I wouldn't trade that for anything.
As we move through the process of buying and or selling, I treat your money like a pit bull. I am a tough but fair negotiator. I always look for the win-win solution. In the end, I ALWAYS go home knowing that I have done the best job for my clients that anyone can do.
So that's it in the nutshell.
